Purin? Simply "flan" in French, translated as "pudding" in English and pronounced "pouline" by the Japanese :)
In Japan, we love fresh desserts. Especially when they're made with care, using milk produced in Hokkaido.
Tanoma タヌマ, a confectioner in Hokkaido since 1954, has made this one of his specialities. Hokkaidô Miruku Purin 北海道みるくプリン, a very soft flan made with sweetened milk and kanten agar-agar seaweed.
Delicious on its own, in parfaits and ice cream sundaes...
Place in the fridge for a few hours before eating fresh !
