Organic brown and black rice noodles, versatile and NO COOKING
Made in Thailand by a family-run producer, these noodles are made from the highest quality organic brown and black rice sourced from local organic farmers. An ancient cereal renowned for its delicate nutty flavour, black rice gives these noodles a firm texture and a beautiful, deep, unique colour.
The rice grains are finely ground and mixed with a noodle paste before being cooked, cut and slowly air-dried, giving them an incomparable texture, delicate, subtle flavours and adding a beautifully contrasting dark colour to the vegetables.
Simply soak them in boiled water for 3 minutes: perfect for your Pad Thais, Asian soups and noodle salads !

- Soak the noodles in freshly boiled hot water for 3 mn
- Drain well
- Serve in soups or add to stir-fries of your choice
