Made in Thailand by a family-run producer, these vermicelli are made from the finest 100% organic whole-grain rice, rather than the white rice usually used, giving them a firmer texture and a delicate nutty flavour.
The rice is finely ground, sieved, steamed and aged before being cut into fine strands of noodles, cut shorter than those most commonly available: this makes the vermicelli easier to prepare and enjoy.
They absorb the flavours perfectly and can be prepared in just 3 minutes: perfect for Asian soups, stir-fries and even desserts !

Preparation instructions :
- Bring water to the boil.
- Add the noodles and boil for 3mn
- Drain well
- Serve in soups or add to stir-fries of your choice
