Sempio glass noodles: the authentic touch for your Korean dishes
Glass noodles, also known as Korean Vermicelli or Dangmyun, get their name from their transparent appearance and are a staple of Asian cuisine. Made from sweet potato starch and tapioca, they are an ideal gluten-free option for those looking for a healthy and tasty meal.
With their slightly chewy, smooth texture, these noodles absorb the flavours of sauces and condiments perfectly, making every dish rich and tasty. They are versatile and work wonderfully in a variety of recipes, whether for stir-fries, soups, salads, Japchae, ravioli, stews or braised chicken.
Traditionally made
Sempio glass noodles are dried for 24 hours using a hot air convection drying process, guaranteeing an elastic, mouth-watering texture. What's more, they contain no artificial colourings or preservatives, so you can enjoy a healthy meal without compromising on taste.
