This Gyûniku Dashida 牛肉ダシダ（スティックタイプ) beef broth has simply been No. 1 in Japan since 1975!
Finely adjusted to traditional Korean flavours, it is made from a beef broth slowly simmered with garlic, onions, shiitake mushrooms and explosive Korean spices... while still remaining quite aromatic.
It brings out the delicate flavour of your meat and vegetable dishes, while adding a typically Korean taste to your dishes thanks to the spices generously used to prepare this broth.
In Japan, it is also appreciated in Chahan stir-fried rice dishes, wok-fried dishes, noodle broths and garnished soups, where it adds its spicy flavour.
