Sake Junmai Ginjo - Yuki snow 72cl
Ippongi Denshin Yuki Junmai Ginjô
Sake as light as snow, with elegant, fresh aromas
Sake from a historic brewery
Since 1902, the Ippongi brewery in Fukui has been producing its range of Denshin 伝心 sakes with the ephemeral aromas of the four seasons.
Each bottle speaks from the heart and legends of preserved terroirs.
Its artisan brewers offer you this sake as light as snow (Yuki 雪 in Japanese), Yuki Junmai Ginjô 雪純米吟醸酒 with a pure, refreshing bouquet.
Purity of flavour and aroma
Produced with Yamada Nishiki & Gohyakumangoko rice. Brewed with water from melting snow in the mountains around the brewery.
It has a nose of green apple, pear, banana and red rose. Some suggest the sweetness of strawberries and cream.
The palate is soft, light and refreshing. It has a silky texture and a transparent finish.
Snowflakes on the bottle and in the sake
Presented in a refined, elegant bottle in the fluffy white colours of snow. This sake has a nuanced sweetness that is full of elegance.
Perfect with sushi, sashimi and oysters.
Enjoy it chilled... Like catching snowflakes on your tongue. Or having fun in fresh powder!
