Serving suggestions :
Nasu dengaku (grilled aubergines glazed with sweet miso sauce)
- Slice aubergines in half lengthwise, then score and brush them with miso glaze
- Roast the aubergines in the oven until the topping is caramelised and the aubergines are tender
