Crunchy crackers with nori seaweed and tempura
These savoury biscuits are called Nori-ten のり天
They are crispy biscuits made from a sheet of fried nori seaweed in tempura.
These tempura chips are very popular in Japan where they are often eaten with beer.
They can also be used in noodle bowls and anywhere nori is used.
